How it all began...

Viola: As of July 4, 2009, I am officially an American ex-pat. The date was pure coincidence, but I think an auspicious one for a wedding. This blog is for all my friends and family back in the States to keep up on my life across the Atlantic; and of course, it is a place for me to process my own thoughts and feelings. Feel free to stop reading any time. ;)
